Research Ethics

Academic integrity and research ethics are fundamental to the practice of science, and for many years, incoming doctoral students in all of the biomedical graduate programs at Duke have begun their research careers with a weekend ethics retreat at the Duke University Marine Laboratories at Beaufort. The Responsible Conduct of Research Orientation is held during the first weekend of the fall semester, and is a requirement for graduation. For more information, please see the link below.
